Seven-time Formula One champion Lewis Hamilton has admitted to urinating in his car while racing.
The 38-year-old Mercedes driver was tested on a lie detector as part of a show on the British TV channel Sky Sports.
When asked if he had to pee in the car, Hamilton, laughing, said no. The detector determined that he was telling a lie. After that, the pilot admitted that “it happened once.”
Then, when asked if he was going to stay in Formula 1 and fight for the eighth title, he said: “Yes”, which confirmed the technique. In addition, the detector determined that Hamilton did not lie, saying that he never deceived team principal Toto Wolff.
