Formula 1 reveals Brad Pitt’s car for filming at the British Grand Prix
The press service of Formula 1 has presented the first images of the APXGP car, which will be used in the filming of the film about racing with Brad Pitt.
The livery of the APXGP car is made in black with the addition of gold.
Formula 1 is collaborating with the filmmakers, which will be directed by Joseph Kosinski. The consultant and one of the producers of the film is the seven-time world champion Lewis Hamilton (Mercedes).
According to media reports, Brad Pitt will drive the APXGP at the Silverstone circuit as part of the British Grand Prix. The APXGP team has already made boxes on the circuit. Filming will take place during the race weekend, so the footage from the cameras installed on the teams’ real cars will also be used in the editing.
The Formula 1 British Grand Prix will take place from 7 to 9 July.
