Verstappen wins sixth race in a row to win the Formula 1 British Grand Prix

Dutch Red Bull driver Max Verstappen won the 11th round of the Formula 1 World Championship, the British Grand Prix.

Verstappen, who also has the fastest lap time, has won his sixth consecutive race and eighth of the current F1 season.

Second place went to Lando Norris (McLaren), third – Lewis Hamilton (Mercedes).

Verstappen leads the drivers’ standings with 255 points. On the second line is his teammate Mexican Sergio Perez (156), Spaniard Fernando Alonso (137, Aston Martin) closes the top three.

The next stage of the season will take place on July 21-23 in Hungary.
