Carlos Sainz has always performed well Italian Grand Prix. A circuit as fast as the Monza Autodrome in which the man from Madrid achieved some of the best results of his career.
Now as a member of Ferrari, the Spaniard will have the complex task of trying to win at Monza and bring joy to typhus.

Monza is a special place for Carlos Sainz. At the Italian GP, the Spaniard had his first chance to win a race. In 2020, in a day full of twists and turns, the McLaren driver was just a few tenths of a second away from taking the crown on the Italian circuit. Although It was Pierre Gasly who took the win, who knows what would have happened if the match had gone a round or two longer.
Beyond that 2020, in his first experience at 2015 made a big comeback, going from 17th to 11th. In fact, in the first lap he was already in the points but Daniil Kvyat’s Red Bull ended up passing him.
In 2022 he had to penalize due to power unit changes, so he started 18th despite qualifying 3rd. Despite this, the Spaniard managed to move up places at a very high speed and in less than 20 laps he was already in the top 5. Unfortunately, the non-restart of the race after the safety car prevented him from competing for the podium.
