British McLaren driver Lando Norris reacted to the victory of Ferrari driver Carlos Sainz at the Australian Grand Prix.
The Spaniard missed the last race of the Formula 1 season due to surgery to remove his appendix; he was replaced by debutant Oliver Birman in Saudi Arabia. In Australia, Sainz qualified second and finished first in the race.
“You also need to remove your appendix.” Apparently, if you do this, you will win the race… Congratulations to Carlitos,” Norris wrote on the social network under a photo with Sainz.
The Briton himself took third place at the Australian Grand Prix and set a Formula 1 record for the number of times he got on the podium without winning (14).
