Stroll showed the best time in the first practice of the Chinese Grand Prix, Verstappen – 3rd

Canadian Aston Martin driver Lance Stroll showed the best time in the first free practice session of the Chinese Grand Prix.
Second place in the final protocol went to Oscar Piastri (McLaren), losing to Stroll +0.327 seconds. The third was the current world champion and current season leader Max Verstappen from Red Bull (+0.358).
The training session was interrupted by red flags due to a fire in the seventh turn – a lawn caught fire next to the curb, which was quickly extinguished.
The Formula 1 weekend in China will continue with qualifying for the sprint race, which will begin on Friday at 10:30 Moscow time.
