Piastus won the qualifications of the Grand Prix of Emilia -Romani “Formula 1”, Tsunod and Kolapinto defeated the car

The McLarena pilot Oscar Piastus won the first place following the qualification of the Grand Prix of Emilia -Romania Formula 1.

In the third segment, the leader of the championship drove his best circle in 1 minute 14.670 seconds.

The second was qualified four -time world champion Max Berstappen (Red Bull, the lag – 0.034 seconds), the third – George Russell (Mercedes, +0,137).

Lando Norris (“Maclaren”), occupying the second place in the individual standings, showed the fourth result (+0.292).

In the first segment, qualifications were twice interrupted by red flags. In the first minutes, Yuki Tsunod (Red Bull) flew out of the highway, the car crashed into the fence, rolled over in the air and landed on the wheels. The Japanese racer was able to get out of the car on his own.

Then Franco Kolapinto, who replaced Jack Duen, replaced Franco Kolapinto into an accident from this stage. The Argentinean car crashed into the barrier in a straight line, the racer was not injured. Kolapinto managed to go into the second segment, in which he could no longer get to the start.

Ferrari pilots did not reach the third segment. Charles Lekler showed 11th time, Lewis Hamilton – 12th.

The Grand Prix of Emilia -Romania takes place in the Italian imol. The race will take place on Sunday.
