Hamilton apologized to Antonelli for the incident during the training on the Austrian Grand Prix

The 40 -year -old British racer of Ferrari Lewis Hamilton received a warning from the stewards for the incident during the second training in front of the Grand Prix of Austria Formula 1.

The 11th stage of the season takes place in the Austrian Spilberg at the Red Bull Ring Autodrom. In the second practice, Lando Norris from McLaren showed the best time. Hamilton took the tenth place, blocked Andrea Kimi Antonelli from Mercedes, who was forced to go around Ferrari from the outside.

According to RacingNews365, the stewards examined the incident and came to the conclusion that Hamilton’s actions were unintentional and did not carry a special threat. The stewards also took into account that the seven -time world champion immediately apologized to Antonelli, raising his hand during the passage. The commission was limited to a warning.

The qualifications of the Austria Grand Prix will take place on June 28, the race will be held on June 29.
