The Grand Prix of Azerbaijan will remain in the Formula 1 calendar at least until 2030

Formula 1 extended the contract for the Grand Prix of Azerbaijan until 2030, according to the website of the Auto -Russian series.
The stage is held on the city highway in Baku since 2016. Since 2017, it is called the Grand Prix of Azerbaijan.
– The track is unique: it has technical sections and long straight segments running along the stunning coastline and the historical center of the city. Every year, the race is rich and exciting, ”said Stefano Domenical General Director of Formula 1.
Last season, the Formula 1 stage in Azerbaijan was won by the Australian McLaren pilot Oscar Piast. The qualifications of the Grand Prix of Azerbaijan -2025 will take place on Saturday.
