Leclerc finished the first day at the Monaco Grand Prix with the best result, Verstappen – 4th

Monegasque Charles Leclerc showed the best time in the second free practice session at the home Monaco Grand Prix. The Ferrari driver completed the fastest lap in 1:12.656.
Following in the protocol are Spaniard Carlos Sainz (Ferrari) and Mexican Sergio Perez (Red Bull). The fourth was the reigning world champion and leader of the season Max Verstappen.
Training was interrupted by red flags due to the accident of Daniel Ricciardo from McLaren. The Australian crashed his car and did not drive a single combat lap during the session.
