Red Bull driver Perez wins Monaco Grand Prix, Verstappen third
Pilot “Red Bull” Sergio Perez became the winner of the seventh stage of the Grand Prix, which was held in Monaco.
The number of laps in the race has been reduced due to the time limit. Spaniard Carlos Sainz of Ferrari finished second, Max Verstappen of Red Bull finished third.
The start of the race was delayed due to heavy rain. During the pause, the stewards started a countdown timer. On lap 27 the race was again stopped due to a major crash involving Haas’ Mick Schumacher. As a result, the pilots completed 64 laps instead of 78 planned.
