The former head of Formula 1 said that he was ready to pay extra to Hamilton, as the race needs a “colored person”
Former F1 boss Bernie Ecclestone has spoken out about his strained relationship with Mercedes driver Lewis Hamilton. The 91-year-old Ecclestone has repeatedly been controversial about the British driver, and the latter recently called for an end to the “old voices” of Formula 1.

Earlier, Ecclestone expressed the opinion that Hamilton should end his career.
