Fight between Nadal and Tiafoe against the background of the eight
Rafa Nadal (No.3) meets Francis Tiafoe (No.26) in the US Open round of 16. Check out Monday’s schedule at Arthur Ashe Stadium and Louis Armstrong Stadium.
The remaining matches of the “16” phase of the US Open continue on Monday in New York at the last Grand Slam of the season.
Rafael Nadal, holding his hands on world No. 1 and women’s No. 1 Iga Sviodek, will compete on Day 8 of the Games.
The 36-year-old Spaniard will play his first match in the day session of this year’s tournament, taking on host Francis Tiafoe at Arthur Ashe (9pm – Eurosport), against whom he has recorded two wins in as many matches.
Around the same time, Sfiodek meets Niemeyer at Louis Armstrong’s. Among today’s games, the final on Center Court (04:00) between Carlos Alcarath and 2014 tournament winner Marin Cilic stands out.
