Iga lost the 1st set, but unlucky Arina in the second set. The third match started with a service loss and as a result Sobolenko went ahead with two timeouts and scored 4:2, but in the remaining 4 games Iga achieved an incredible victory, allowing Arina to take only 4 points out of 16. for himself.
For Iga, this will be her first career US Open final and her first Grand Slam final.
In the final, polka will play Ons Jaber, who left no chance for Caroline Garcia in the semi-final match. The match will start on September 10, before 23:00 Kyiv time.
