Medvedev dropped to fourth place in the ATP rankings, 19-year-old Alcaraz became the youngest first racket
The Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP) has updated the rating after the US Open.
Spaniard Carlos Alcaraz at the age of 19 became the youngest leader in the ranking. The tennis player broke the record of Hewitt, who became the first racket at 20 years and 8 months. Norwegian Kasper Ruud, who lost to Alcaraz in the final, moved up to 2nd place. Spaniard Rafael Nadal closes the top three.
Russian tennis player Daniil Medvedev missed the first place and occupies the 4th line. Andrey Rublev added two positions and is again in the top 10 of the ranking.
