Ukrainian Tsurenko explained why she withdrew from the match against Russian native Rybakina in the quarterfinals of the tournament in Portoroz

Ukrainian Lesya Tsurenko regrets her withdrawal from the quarterfinals of the tournament in Slovenian Portoroz due to injury.
Tsurenko was supposed to play with the representative of Kazakhstan, Elena Rybakina, who was born in Moscow in 1999.
– I am very sorry that due to injury I was not able to play in the quarterfinal match in beautiful Portorož. I hope to return next year,” Tsurenko said in an interview with the WTA press service.
In the ½ final of the tournament, Rybakina will play with the Romanian tennis player Ana Bogdan.
