Tsitsipas donated 10,000 euros to the Svitolina Foundation
Stefanos Tsitsipas donated 10,000 euros to the Elina Svitolina Foundation to help support young talented tennis players and those who had to leave their homes after the war in Ukraine.
In an important move, Stefanos Tsitsipas donated €10,000 to the foundation set up by Elina Svitolina, which was set up with the aim of helping young talented tennis players, while praising her idea of supporting those who were forced to leave their homes after the Russian invasion began to leave.
“I felt the need to help Ukraine in other ways,” said Tsitsipas. “I wanted to support young Ukrainians in such a difficult time.”
For her part, Svitolina thanked the 24-year-old and emphasized: “I knew that Stefanos Tsitsipas is not only an excellent athlete but also an excellent human being. In fact, it’s not just important who you are on the pitch, but what your values are off the pitch.
