“Medvedev must recover and be in the top 3 in the ATP rankings” – Yanchuk

Honored coach of Russia Viktor Yanchuk believes that tennis player Daniil Medvedev should return to the top 3 of the ATP rankings in the near future.

The day before, Medvedev defeated the Spaniard Albert Ramos-Vinolas at the start of the tournament in Astana – 6:3, 6:1.

“That’s how it should have been. It doesn’t matter what the score is. It is important that he confidently won in two sets and was ready. It seems that Danya is calming down a little. The main thing is to consistently believe in yourself and do your job. He has no skill. Medvedev needs to be confident and calm.

It’s okay for now. Let’s see how he will continue to gain this confidence. According to the level, Daniel should come to his senses and be closer to his highest achievements. Medvedev should be in the top 3, – quotes Yanchuk “Championship”.

Now the Russian is the fourth racket of the world, before that he led the ATP rating for several weeks.
