Vesnina praised Rublev’s victory over Mannarino in the quarterfinals of the tournament in Astana

The 2016 Olympic champion in doubles, Russian tennis player Elena Vesnina called the confident victory of Russian Andrey Rublev over Frenchman Adrian Mannarino in the quarterfinals of the tournament in Astana.
Rublev defeated Mannarino 6:1, 6:2. The meeting lasted only 57 minutes.
– Andrey has defeated Mannarino more than once. This is a fairly well-known opponent for him. Good and confident victory. Getting to the semi-finals is very important for Andrey now: to gain confidence, to go far in the tournament. The tournament in Astana is distinguished by some incredibly strong and stellar line-up.

In the semi-final, Rublev will play the winner of the meeting Stefanos Tsitsipas (Greece) – Hubert Hurkacz (Poland).
