Yastremskaya recognized her first opponent at the tournament in Romania
Ukrainian tennis player Dayana Yastremskaya (WTA 92) recognized his first opponent at the WTA 250 series tournament in Cluj-Napoca (Romania).
Dayana will face off in the 1/16 final Tamara Korpach (Germany, WTA 98) lost to Russia’s Elina Avanesyan (WTA 126) in the final qualifying round.
The match will take place tomorrow, October 10, no earlier than 11:00 Kyiv time. Note that this will be the tennis players’ first in-person meeting.
Earlier, Angelina Kalinina and Marta Kostyuk also recognized their rivals in the first round of the tournament.
The qualifiers have been determined, now the draw is ready to start!
