(Astana) Serbian Novak Djokovic needed only 75 minutes to collect the 90e title of his career on the ATP Tour on Sunday, thanks to a 6-3, 6-4 victory over Greece’s Stefanos Tsitsipas in the final of the Astana Tennis Open.
Djokovic dominated his rival from the start, winning the opener in just over a minute. The Serb didn’t face any break points, had 15 winners and only seven unforced errors.
Djokovic ended the duel on his third match point with a backhand winner.
