Russian tennis player Anna Blinkova won the WTA tournament in singles for the first time in her career. This happened in Cluj-Napoca (Romania), where in the final she won against Italian Jasmine Paolini.

The meeting lasted 1 hour 16 minutes and ended with the score 6:2, 3:6, 6:2.

The Russian woman filed right through 5 times and made a mistake on the pitch 7 times. She converted 6 break points out of 10.

24-year-old Blinkova also won one WTA tournament in doubles. In the junior ranking, she took third place.
