(Belgrade) Novak Djokovic announced on Monday that he would be present at the Masters 1000 tournament in Paris (October 31 – November 6), of which he is the title holder, then at the Turin Masters, the last two objectives of his season “ unusual and rather complicated,” he told Serbian media Sportal.

“I’m going to Paris, I’m preparing for the last two tournaments of the season, the Paris Masters and the ATP Masters in Turin,” said the ex-n^oh1 worldwide.

“I feel good”, continues the Serbian champion, today ranked 7^e rank in the world hierarchy. “These last two competitions, in Astana and Tel Aviv, and the titles won, have raised my levels of confidence and motivation,” he adds.

At 35, Djokovic, who has only played nine tournaments this year, is coming out of a difficult season. His refusal to be vaccinated against COVID-19 deprived him of the Australian Open in January then of the American summer tour, US Open included, and made him lose his rank of world number one.

Deprived of individual tournaments between his success in early July at Wimbledon, his 21^e title in Grand Slam, and the Tel Aviv tournament, at the end of September, Djokovic has lined up since his return nine victories in as many matches, winning in passing his 89^e and 90^e titles, current series.
