The father kicked the tennis player right on the court. The scary video has been watched by millions

The girl resignedly endured the blows. Now the police are dealing with the monster parent.

Tennis requires huge expenses, and they do not always pay off. Parents often give all of themselves for the sake of a child’s successful career, and when it doesn’t work out, they lose their composure. But the father of the Chinese tennis player went beyond all limits and arranged for his daughter to be beaten right on the court.

Moreover, the man confessed to the police that he did not see anything wrong with his deed. And according to the reaction of the girl, it can be assumed that she is far from being beaten for the first time.

Attacked a child right on the court

Terrifying footage filmed on one of the courts in Belgrade became public. The video has already been viewed by more than two million people. The recording shows how the father of a 14-year-old tennis player from China, and part-time her coach, approached the girl who was next to the bench and started yelling at her. After that, he began to beat her with his hands and feet in the face and all over her body. At that moment, the young tennis player meekly stood, taking the brunt of the blows and only occasionally screaming.

After a series of blows, the athlete sat on the bench, bursting into tears. The tyrant father at that moment stood over her and said something. The unwillingness of the girl to return to the court provoked another wave of anger with assault. The man took his daughter by the collar, roughly lifted her to her feet, and then dropped her to the ground. The beating of the lying girl continued with her feet, until other visitors to the center intervened.

“Just educational work”

The recording of the beating leaked to the Internet, where it caused a great public outcry. The Tennis Association of Belgrade almost immediately came out with sharp criticism of the coach’s actions.

We strongly condemn the brutal violence on the tennis court that took place during the training process. We found out that it was about domestic violence, given that the attacker is the father of a young tennis player, the association said in an official statement.

Tennis coach Judy Murray, who raised two champion sons Andy and Jamie, also denounced the 50-year-old’s methods.

“A horrific example of parental physical abuse in youth tennis. Definitely need to sort this out through whatever governing body it falls under,” Judy wrote on social media.

The uproar made it possible to quickly establish the identity of the attacker and his whereabouts. The Serbian police arrested a man who did not even deny the fact of the beating. However, he does not see anything reprehensible in his actions. The man is sure that physical punishment is justified if the daughter does not give enough during training. He told the police about this.

Now the tyrant faces a prison term of two to ten years. During the investigation, the man was taken into custody. It is far from certain that his daughter will become a famous tennis player. The main thing here is to maintain health: physical and mental.

Russia was left without the best duo of tennis players. Andreeva’s shocking decision

Our girls dared to make changes after the crumpled end of the season.

The duet of Russian tennis players Mirra Andreeva and Diana Schneider has become mega-popular throughout the tennis world over the past year and a half. During this time, the girls won prestigious titles and the love of fans, but in the new season the country will lose this powerful couple.

A successful year with a blurry ending

Mirra and Diana played together for the first time at the Olympic tournament in Paris in 2024. The girls immediately achieved significant success and brought the only medal to our country. The Russians were just a little short of winning gold. In the final they lost to Italians Sara Errani and Jasmine Paolini.

After the Olympics, the girls continued to compete together in doubles. In 2025, they reached the semi-finals of Grand Slam tournaments twice. They also won WTA tournaments. Successful performances helped Schneider and Andreeva qualify for the final tournament in pairs. True, the performance in Riyadh ended in a fiasco for the girls – three defeats and elimination after the group stage.

It was obvious to the naked eye that both girls were very exhausted at the end of the year, both physically and emotionally. Because of this, Mirra even fell out of the top 8 in the world rankings at the last moment, losing the opportunity to play in the final singles tournament for the first time in her career.

New year – new partner

If we take the latest problems out of the equation, the Russians have had a successful season. All the more shocking was the news that at the Australian Open, which starts on January 18, Mirra will not play together with Schneider. This became known from a post by Australian tennis player Ellen Perez, who published applications for the Australian Open doubles tournament on her social networks.

In the new season, Andreeva continues to set ambitious goals for herself to win the title at the Grand Slam singles tournament. The tennis player admits that she wants to repeat the career successes of Rafael Nadal. Perhaps the athlete decided to focus on solo performances, which her coach Conchita Martinez has long called for.

Diana adheres to the old strategy: she will continue to perform both singles and pairs. Schneider found herself a new partner, and of a very high level. At the Australian Open, she will fight for the title along with Lyudmila Samsonova, who has repeatedly won WTA tournaments in duets. The 27-year-old Russian woman is now in 42nd place in the doubles ranking.

So far the athletes have not commented on this decision. Now it is difficult to even imagine whether one of the most successful Russian duets of recent times will ever again please with joint performances.
