Novak Djokovic confidently defeated Lorenzo Muzzetti 2-0, celebrated his 19th Tour victory in a row and reached the 8th semi-final of his career at the Paris Masters.

Novak Djokovic put on another impressive performance, claiming his 19th consecutive Tour win and reaching his 8th career Paris Masters semi-final.

The 35-year-old Serb lost just three games to Lorenzo Muzzetti, who was on form most recently, and is awaiting Stefanos Tsitsipas’ game against Tommy Paul to find out who he meets in Saturday’s semifinals (5/11).

After 75 minutes, Djokovic defeated the 20-year-old Italian and world No. 23 by an emphatic 6-0, 6-3 and is just two wins away from his fourth consecutive title.

Nole won 29/38 points behind serve, capitalizing on 5/11 break point opportunities and exiting the court triumphantly, even coming back after a break in set two (1-2).

He conquered the first part of the game in just 24 minutes with a great bagel, although Muzzetti didn’t play too badly.

Simply put, the level Djokovic reached in his game was elusive. The 21 Grand Slam title holder is yet to drop a set at the Paris tournament and the way he’s playing means he’s unlikely to lose.
