Stefanos Tsitsipas may have lost to Novak Djokovic, but his run at the Paris Masters returned him to world No. 3 after a year’s hiatus.

Stefanos Tsitsipas’ amazing run at the Paris Masters ended in the semifinals where he was defeated by Novak Djokovic.

However, the Greek tennis player added a respectable amount to his bank account as well as valuable points to his rating.

Specifically, Stefanos Tsitsipas will be back in third place in the world rankings from Monday (July 11th) and thus set his best performance.

It first went up there in August 2021 and stayed there until November 1 of the same year. At the ATP Finals he even has the opportunity to climb even higher in the ranking if he runs well.

On the other hand, Novak Djokovic has a chance to climb to seventh in the world if he wins the title in Paris.
