Tsitsipas: “I’m proud of how I fought”
Stefanos Tsitsipas said he was proud of how he fought in the match with Medvedev and got the big win.
Stefanos Tsitsipas’ statements immediately after the end of his big argument with Danil Medvedev were terse.
Steph thanked the crowd for their support and was proud of how he fought his way through the match to end the commotion.
“I’m happy. It’s a big win. I’m proud of how I fought. It looked like the match was over for me but I knew if I put some balls in play I might have some chances and I did that.” he said among other things.
