Tsitsipas: The big prize money for his win against Medvedev
The prize money at the ATP Finals is huge for the participants, Stefanos Tsitsipas receives a large sum for his victory against Medvedev.
From the day the amounts that would be shared among the athletes competing in the ATP Finals were announced, it had become clear that all, some less and others more, would receive significant amounts.
Typical is the sum that Stefanos Tsitsipas gets for his win against Danil Medvedev. Every victory in the group stage gives to tennis players €381,023.
That’s the one piece of money that Steph secured. The other concerns his participation in the tournament. Each game in the group stage will be rewarded with more than 100,000 euros.
In total, Stefanos Tsitsipas will receive another 318,099 euros for the three games that he is giving away to the groups. In practical terms, this means that the No. 3 in the world rankings leaves Turin with around 700,000 euros (to be exact). €699,122), regardless of what he does next.

Four Ukrainian tennis players were included in the doubles entry list Australian Open 2025.
Ukrainian women will play in the doubles tournament on the courts of Melbourne: Marta Kostyuk, Dayana Yastremskaya, Lyudmila Kichenok and Nadezhda Kichenok. Unfortunately, there will be no all-Ukrainian tandem in Australia.
Kostyuk will perform alongside Elena-Gabriela Ruse at the Aus Open, and Yastremskaya will play alongside Alisha Parks.
Lyudmila and Nadezhda will not play together at AO-2026, although they will start the season with the same duet in the Brisbane 500 meters. It was announced that Lyudmila will be with Katie Volynets, and Nadezhda will be with Makoto Ninomiya.
Australian Open 2026 will take place from January 12 to February 1. Elina Svitolina, Marta Kostyuk, Dayana Yastremskaya and Alexandra Oleynikova will represent Ukraine in singles. Yulia Starodubtseva, Angelina Kalinina, Daria Snigur and Vitaly Sachko will perform in the eliminations.

Russian Karen Khachanov moved from 18th to 17th place in the ranking of the Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP), a new version of which was published on the organization’s website.
The best among Russians remains Daniil Medvedev, located in 13th place, Andrei Rublev is 16th. There have been no changes in the top ten rankings: Spaniard Carlos Alcaraz is in the lead, Italian Jannik Sinner is second, and German representative Alexander Zverev is in third.
