Medvedev ended the season in the worst position in the ATP rankings since 2019

Russian tennis player Daniil Medvedev took seventh place in the ranking of the Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP) at the end of the 2022 season.
At the final ATP tournament in Turin, Medvedev lost all three matches in the group stage. For a Russian, this is the worst line in the ranking since August 12, 2019, when the tennis player was eighth.
Andrei Rublev has dropped one position and is eighth. Serb Novak Djokovic, the winner of the final tournament, is in fifth place. Spaniard Carlos Alcaraz leads the ranking.
