(London) The Hopman Cup, a team tennis competition featuring one man and one woman from each country, will rise from the ashes and be staged in Nice, France, next year.
The International Tennis Federation (ITF) announced on Tuesday that matches will take place from July 19-23 at the Nice Lawn Tennis Club. This event will take place there annually until 2027.
The Hopman Cup was last presented in 2019 in Perth, Australia. It has been held there annually since 1989.
Each matchup will consist of a women’s singles match, a men’s singles match and a mixed doubles match. Six countries will be in the game in 2023 and 2024, and two more will join the group from 2025.
