Vitaliy Sachko will be trained by the fifth oldest racket in the world in the new season
Ukrainian tennis player Vitaly Sachko (No. 335 ATP) said that he will be working with Czech ex-tennis player Jiri Novak in the new season.
“I am now training under the guidance of Jiri Novak. He works as a coach at the club where I train in the Czech Republic, and one day my father and I decided to discuss with the club management the possibility of collaborating with him. The club met us halfway through and we agreed on joint working terms.
We have an agreement that he will go to tournaments with me if possible and he was supposed to be with me at the end of the season but unfortunately it didn’t work out due to family circumstances. I hope in the near future everything will be fine and he will go to some tournaments with me,” said Sachko.
Czech Jiri Novak won seven ATP titles in singles and 18 in doubles throughout his acting career. She was a doubles finalist at Wimbledon (2001) and the US Open (2002). In the ATP rankings, Novak moved up to fifth place in singles and sixth place in doubles.
