United Cup: Tsitsipas was third in the prize money list
With the conclusion of the United Cup, the athletes’ cash prizes were announced, with Stefanos Tsitsipas in third place on the relevant list.
Stefanos Tsitsipas’ cash earnings reached €488,568 from his participation in the United Cup last week, which puts him in 3rd place on the relevant list.
At the top is the American Taylor Fritz with 714,561 euros, followed by his compatriot Francis Tiafoe with 490,019 euros and Tsitsipas completes the top 3.
In all, the United Cup gave away $15 million, an important factor (besides the points, of course) that attracted several names from the ATP and WTA tours.
Case in point, Tsitsipas, who reached the semifinals with the Greek team, earned over half a million dollars with four wins, while Novak Djokovic earned €90,836 with 5 wins at the Adelaide International, which he also won.

Kazakh tennis player Elena Rybakina reached the quarterfinals of the Australian Open in Melbourne.
Rybakina, who received the fifth seed from the organizers, beat the 21st seed Elise Mertens from Belgium in the fourth round match with a score of 6:1, 6:3. The match lasted 1 hour 17 minutes.
In the quarterfinals, Rybakina will play with the winner of the meeting Maddison Inglis (Australia, Q) / Iga Szwiatek (Poland, 2).
