“My first question was: “How can I help? I’m just a tennis player. How can I help the Ukrainian people? How can I be useful to my country?

We have just found our way where we can organize some events with ambassadors, friends, friends of Ukraine. And we have already organized several charity events.

The first took place in the USA. It was a tennis match. It took place in Indian Wells, California. We held the second event together with the world’s first racket, Polish tennis player Iga Swiatek. It took place in Krakow. There was a huge arena with more than 10 thousand spectators. We raised half a million euros.

We also held our annual dinner in Monaco in December. We also collected money for the purchase of generators. This event went very well and people from all over the world were touched and donated generously. It’s important to point out what’s going on in Ukraine and how people enjoy making these donations.”
