Tsitsipas, Djokovic and the remaining six who have booked a spot in the Australian Open quarterfinals

All pairs of the Australian Open quarterfinals have been announced with Novak Djokovic booking the last time ticket. The games, schedule and bracket of the tournament.

The fourth round of the Australian Open has been completed and all pairs of the quarter-final phase have been determined, including Stefanos Tsitsipas (No. 4).

The Greek tennis player meets Yiri Lehetska (No. 71) on Tuesday (24.01., approx. 12.00, Eurosport) with the background of qualifying for the semi-finals of the event.

In terms of names, Novak Djokovic’s fight with Andrei Rublev in the most interesting pair at the end of the board is certainly of particular interest.

As you can see from the detailed program at the end of the text, the quarter-finals will be played on Tuesday and Wednesday, the two semi-finals on Friday, while the final will be held next Sunday (01/29).

Four Ukrainian women will play doubles at the Australian Open 2026

Four Ukrainian tennis players were included in the doubles entry list Australian Open 2025.

Ukrainian women will play in the doubles tournament on the courts of Melbourne: Marta Kostyuk, Dayana Yastremskaya, Lyudmila Kichenok and Nadezhda Kichenok. Unfortunately, there will be no all-Ukrainian tandem in Australia.

Kostyuk will perform alongside Elena-Gabriela Ruse at the Aus Open, and Yastremskaya will play alongside Alisha Parks.

Lyudmila and Nadezhda will not play together at AO-2026, although they will start the season with the same duet in the Brisbane 500 meters. It was announced that Lyudmila will be with Katie Volynets, and Nadezhda will be with Makoto Ninomiya.

Australian Open 2026 will take place from January 12 to February 1. Elina Svitolina, Marta Kostyuk, Dayana Yastremskaya and Alexandra Oleynikova will represent Ukraine in singles. Yulia Starodubtseva, Angelina Kalinina, Daria Snigur and Vitaly Sachko will perform in the eliminations.

Khachanov moved up one place in the ATP rankings

Russian Karen Khachanov moved from 18th to 17th place in the ranking of the Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP), a new version of which was published on the organization’s website.

The best among Russians remains Daniil Medvedev, located in 13th place, Andrei Rublev is 16th. There have been no changes in the top ten rankings: Spaniard Carlos Alcaraz is in the lead, Italian Jannik Sinner is second, and German representative Alexander Zverev is in third.
