Marchenko lost to young Swiss who trained with Federer
Ukrainian tennis player Ilya Marchenko (ATP 412) lost in the second round of the competitor in Quimper (France) Dominik Stricker (Switzerland, ATP 118) in three sets of 1 hour 56 minutes.

Ilya did quite well against a 20-year-old Swiss who played in the semifinals of the Next Gen ATP Finals in 2022. Stricker trained frequently with the legendary Roger Federer, who even came and instructed his match at the tournament in Geneva in 2022.
In the final round of the tournament, Marchenko defeated Benoit Paire.
