Sakkari: Maria is ranked 7th in the world, a big climb for Ribakina

After the end of the Australian Open, Maria Sakkari lost a place and fell to 7th in the world rankings. Sabalenka moved up to 2nd place, Rybakina entered the top ten.

The Australian Open brought several changes in the WTA world rankings. Maria Sakkari lost a place and fell back to 7th place.

From then on, Iga Sviontek stayed comfortably at the top, while Arina Sabalenka rose to 2nd place. Zabe Pegula and Garcia lost a place while Coco Goff passed Maria Sakkari.

Notable is the rise of Rybakina, who gained 15 places and entered the top ten in the world rankings.
