Nick Kyrgios pleads guilty to assaulting his ex-girlfriend
Australian tennis leader Nick Kyrgios pleaded guilty to assaulting his ex-girlfriend Chiara Passari during the trial.
At the same time, the judge dropped the charges, considering the case to be “mild” and not at risk of relapse. On January 10, 2021, an Australian pushed his ex-girlfriend, Chiara Passari, as she was standing at the door of a taxi, preventing her from leaving. Passari reported pain in his shoulder and a scratch on his knee, but he did so 10 months later because after this incident they initially reconciled and dated for a while.
Kyrios’ current girlfriend, Kostin Hatzi, gave a statement to the court in which she stated she had never been concerned about violence in their relationship.
The tennis player recently had knee surgery for missing the Australian Open.
