Ukrainian tennis player Martha Kostyuk (WTA 60) received a wild card from the organizers for the WTA 500 tournament held in Abu Dhabi (UAE).
Martha’s first rival – Sorana Kirstya (Romania, WTA 61). The match will be played on February 6 at 08:00 Kyiv time. The winner of the match will advance to the 1/16 final of the competition, where she will play with the second seeded Belinda Bencic (Switzerland, WTA 9).
Earlier, Kostyuk completed his performance at the tournament in Thailand. There the Ukrainian reached the quarter-finals. Also, Dayana Yastremska and Katarina Zawatskaya will play in the qualifiers for this tournament.
