Kyrgios replied to Tsitsipas: ‘I taught him another lesson’
Nick Kyrgios did not leave Stefanos Tsitsipas’ recent statement unanswered about their game at Wimbledon 2022 and took aim at the Greek champions via his Twitter account.
In the interview that he gave last Thursday (February 2) on the ANT1 television channel and on Nikos Hatzinikolaou’s program “Enopios Enopio”, Stefanos Tsitsipas pointed out, among other things, his relationship with Nick Kyrgios and emphasized:
“He messed it up on his own. I didn’t do anything. I tried to play tennis and I had someone on the other side of the court who wanted to cause problems and of course he did his shit. It’s like he would going to wake up in the morning.”
This statement did not go unanswered by the Australian, who wrote about the Greek champions via his official Twitter account: “Yes, exactly. In this match, Stefanos met someone from the crowd.
He also threw a ball wide and learned another lesson from me in front of a full field.”
