Ukrainian tennis player Martha Kostyuk (No. 57 WTA) completed its performance at the WTA 500 tournament held in Abu Dhabi.
In the second round, the Ukrainian lost to second-seeded Belinda Bencic from Switzerland (9th WTA).

Note that in the second set Kostyuk lost four games in a row despite leading 5:3.
It was the second match of tennis players, the Ukrainian lost again. For Marta, this was her 12th game against her opponents from the top ten and she never won.
In the next round, Bencic will play against Anett Kontaveit (WTA No. 18) or Shelby Rodgers (WTA No. 46).
