Medvedev reached the quarterfinals of the tennis tournament in Rotterdam
Russian Daniil Medvedev overcame the barrier of the second round of the tennis tournament in Rotterdam (Netherlands).
The sixth racket of the tournament, Medvedev, in the second round, beat the Dutchman Botik van de Zandshulp in two sets – 6:2, 6:2. The opponents spent almost an hour and a half on the court.
Medvedev is the only remaining Russian representative in the tournament. At the stage of the first round, Andrey Rublev and Aslan Karatsev left Rotterdam.
In the quarterfinals, Medvedev will face third seed Felix Auger-Aliassime of Canada.
