Russian Veronika Kudermetova leaves the tennis tournament in Doha at the semi-final stage.
Kudermetova, who received the eighth seed from the organizers of the tournament, lost to the first racket of the world, Iga Shventek, in two sets – 0:6, 1:6. The rivals spent 57 minutes on the court.
In the final, Schwentek will meet with American Jessica Pegula, who has the second seed.
