Kudermetova left the tournament in Dubai, losing to an opponent from Ukraine

Russian tennis player Veronika Kudermetova failed to beat Ukrainian Angelina Kalinina in the first round match of the WTA 1000 category tournament held in Dubai.
The match, which lasted 2 hours and 58 minutes, ended in favor of Kalinina in three sets. In the second installment, Kudermetova lost 2-5, but managed to take five games in a row. Nevertheless, the decisive party was left to the representative of Ukraine.
In the second round of the tournament, Kalinina will play with another tennis player from Ukraine, Dayana Yastremskaya.
