There will be no reckoning with Ukraine. Kostyuk and Yastremskaya wrap up fight in Austin
During the first round of the doubles tournament in Austin (USA), Ukrainian tennis players Marta Kostyuk and Dayana Yastremska found out about their relationship with Americans Alisha Parks and Sloane Stevens.
On the court, the girls competed against each other for 1 hour and 41 minutes and played three sets. The victory was won by Parks and Stevens – 7:5, 3:6, 10:6.
Alisha Parks and Sloan Stevens beat Marta Kostyuk and Dayana Yastremska in the second round, ahead of Germany’s Nadezhda Kichenok and Anna-Lena Friedsam of Germany, who defeated Hungary’s Adrienne Nagy and Germany’s Lena Papadakis in the first round.
