Ukrainian tennis player Marta Kostyuk won her first WTA tournament of her career, defeating Russian tennis player Varvara Gracheva in the final. The 20-year-old athlete talked about the conditions he was in for the tournament organizers.
“My behavior was premeditated. There was a meeting with WTA representatives, they told me about the awards ceremony, photo shoot, etc. I warned right away that I would not shake hands, take pictures, so they were ready for this – it was no surprise to them.
