Vice President of the Russian Tennis Federation Alexei Selivanenko believes that the final match between Daniil Medvedev and Carlos Alcaraz at the Indian Wells tournament will be a confrontation between different styles of play.
On the eve of Alcaraz beat Italian representative Yannick Sinner in the semifinals of the tournament in Indian Wells. The Spaniard is the first number of the tournament, Medvedev comes from a series of 19 victories in a row.

Former world number one Safin will play at the tournament of legends as part of the Australian Open
Former first racket of the world, Russian Marat Safin, will take part in the tournament of legends as part of the Australian Open tennis championship, the press service of the tournament reports.
In addition to Safin, the world team included German Tommy Haas, Cypriot Marcos Baghdatis, Slovakian Daniela Hantuchova, Andrea Petkovic and Angelique Kerber (both from Germany). Safin is 45 years old, he is the former first racket of the world, winner of two Grand Slam singles tournaments. In the final of the 2005 Australian Open, he beat Hewitt in four sets. Safin retired from acting in 2009.
