Carlos Alcaraz: “I always have a goal”
Spaniard Carlos Alcaras, who ranked first in the Tennis Professionals Association rating, expressed his opinion about the pressure placed on him due to his high professional status.
“I don’t feel a lot of pressure. I know what I have to do. I need to play casually and not be careful if I lose, whether I play well or not. I always have one goal. Feel comfortable on the pitch, enjoy the game and try to think positively. So I play at a good level. .Enjoy every second and play casually. This is what I think on the court.
I always say there is no limit to perfection. We need to improve and get better every day. That’s why great players like the Big Three have been doing this throughout their careers and adding a little more every day,” said Alcaraz.
Alcaraz is back at the top of the world rankings after winning the Indian Wells tournament. The Spaniards must confirm last year’s title at the Miami tournament, which will be held from March 22 to April 2, to maintain their top spot. If he does not win again, he will leave the first place in the world ranking.
