Tsurenko lost to the US Open 2021 finalist held in Miami, beating the 1st set 4:0.
Ukrainian tennis player Lesya Tsurenko (WTA 81) completed its performance in the tough WTA 1000 series tournament held in Miami (USA).
In the 1/64 final of the competition, Lesya lost in two sets. leyla fernandez (Canada, WTA 53) in two sets of 1 hour 28 minutes.

Lesya won the first set with a score of 4:0 but could not finish the set she started. In Game 2, the Ukrainian also had an advantage – 2:0, but even here Fernandez managed to make a small comeback.
Note that Fernandez played the final at the US Open Tennis Championship 2021. The 20-year-old Canadian will play with Belinda Bencic in the 1/32 finals of the tournament in Miami.
