Yastremskaya lost to a third-center tennis player at a tournament in Colombia.
Ukrainian tennis player Dayana Yastremskaya (WTA 134) got off to a bad start at the WTA 250 series clay tournament in Bogota, Colombia.
In the 1/16 final of the competition, the Ukrainian lost in three matches. Carolina Alves (Brazil, WTA 239) 2 hours 35 minutes.

In the second set, Yastremska lost 1:4* with two timeouts and lost her serve by 15:40 in Game 6, but managed to turn the game into a tie-break. But it was not possible to end the comeback, and in the third installment the Ukrainian fell to the ground.
It was the first meeting of tennis players.
In the 1/8 finals of the tournament in the Colombian capital, Alves will play with second-seeded Tatiana Maria.
