Tsitsipas fell to 5th place, Sakkari remains stable in 9th place
Stefanos Tsitsipas fell two places in the ATP world rankings and is now No. 5 after his elimination in the quarterfinals of the Monte Carlo Masters. Maria Sakkari is stable at No. 9 in the WTA.
Stefanos Tsitsipas’ run at the Monte Carlo Masters ended in the quarterfinals after losing to Taylor Fritz, which also saw him drop a big point.
The Greek tennis player lost two places in the ATP world rankings and is now also No. 5 he was passed by Kasper Ruud (who moved up to 3rd place) and Daniil Medvedev (4th place). Novak Djokovic stayed in 1st place and Carlos Alcarat in 2nd place.
